🚨 Must-Haves:

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Tennessee

  • Certification from the National Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • 3–5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

  • Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills

  • Prior supervisory experience a plus

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop function-based Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)

  • Train and support staff in implementing behavior interventions that are respectful and person-centered

  • Provide on-site crisis intervention and coaching during behavioral incidents

  • Participate in IDT meetings and psychiatric reviews; present data and recommend changes as needed

  • Monitor behavior data and ensure proper documentation and compliance with state and agency standards

  • Supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with clients

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical and psychiatric personnel, to ensure integrated support

  • Provide recommendations for new admissions based on behavioral needs

  • Maintain organized records and participate in the incident management process
