Bilingual Human Resources Manager

Location: Brookshire, TX

Our client company is currently seeking a dynamic HR Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or University
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and/or training
  • Proficiency in local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding and orientation
  • Experience in managing the performance appraisal process
  • Strong skillset in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge in analyzing and administering comprehensive benefits packages
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Understanding of I-9 procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Provide coaching and training to employees across all levels
  • Resolve employee issues and disputes effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law changes and compliance measures
  • Execute recruitment initiatives to fill open positions efficiently
  • Manage and communicate various benefit options to employees
  • Develop and oversee the performance appraisal process
  • Collaborate with management on compensation plans
  • Generate reports on HR metrics impacting the organization
  • Work in partnership with management to drive positive change and improvement
