Your Role:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies

• Develop and adjust programs to meet each child’s evolving needs

• Collaborate with families and the treatment team to review progress and goals

• Provide training, supervision, and support to clinical staff and therapists

• Maintain a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory responsibilities

• Communicate with funding sources regarding client updates, reports, and authorizations

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework (required)

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

• Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged (with potential for increased base pay)

• Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and support team schedules

Experience Level:
Associate | Less than 1 year experience welcome | No prior management experience required
