Boutique Manager
The Store Manager role at our St. Louis location requires someone who can work flexible hours, including weekends. The schedule will align with our boutique hours, which typically range from 10:30am – 7pm on weekdays.
As the Store Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities including overseeing sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and developing our team members. Accountability and retention are key, as you will be expected to lead and manage your team effectively. The District Sales Manager will be your direct report and you will work collaboratively with our boutique teams.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
At least 1 year of sales experience
At least 5 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: Annual salary + individual and store bonus = an average of $80,000 per year!
