Boutique Manager
Position: Boutique Supervisor
Location: Detroit, MI
The schedule for our Boutique Supervisor will align with our boutique hours, typically from 10:30am to 7pm on weekdays. Availability on weekends will be required based on business needs.
As a Boutique Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. You will be expected to lead, manage, and support your team to achieve results. Collaboration with our boutique teams and reporting to the District Sales Manager is also an essential part of this role.
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. Our Boutique Supervisor must have a passion for empowering, encouraging, and celebrating both our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a polished, professional, and trendy image as a representative of our brand

- Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of store operations

- Lead, motivate, manage, and retain a high-performance sales team

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pay meticulous attention to detail

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to adjust priorities according to business needs

- Be familiar with CRM software
- Be able to lift up to 35 pounds and move multiple gowns on hangers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school degree

Salary: Annual salary plus individual and store bonuses, averaging $80,000 per year!
