- We are currently seeking a skilled Brake Press Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift, working Monday through Thursday, with 10 hours per day.
- To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a brake press operator.
- The pay range for this role is $23 to $28 per hour, based on your level of experience.
- We require candidates to be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
- This is not a remote position, and we are looking for someone to join us as a full-time, permanent W-2 employee.
- In addition to excellent compensation, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
- This position does not offer relocation assistance, so we prefer candidates who are already located in the south of Green Bay, Wisconsin area.

As a Brake Press Technician, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Working four 10-hour shifts on the 2nd shift schedule
- Interpreting and analyzing engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
- Operating and maintaining a brake press machine to fabricate metal products
- Using forklifts and cranes when necessary for material handling tasks
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and background:
- At least 1 year of experience operating a brake press machine
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- A consistent and stable work history
- Must be a US citizen or have a valid Green Card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute from our location
