Brand Manager

  • Leads the management of brand portfolios to drive long-term sales and profit; devises and implements strategies to enhance brand performance.
  • Develops global brand positioning, communication strategies, and marketing activities to generate consumer demand and increase market share for all products within the brand.
  • Sets the vision, mission, goals, and strategies for the brand.
  • Manages both existing and new products within the brand.
  • Plans and coordinates marketing and promotional campaigns for assigned products.
  • Collaborates with retail marketing, sales, digital, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns and promotional opportunities for integrated brand communication plans.
  • Establishes brand standards and ensures consistency across all brand elements.
  • Provides creative direction to both internal and external agencies, focusing on content marketing for digital platforms, websites, social media, and PR.
  • Collaborates with market research agency to analyze market and competitive trends, make recommendations based on key findings, and implement actionable steps.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, suggesting innovative ideas for the brand.
  • Contributes to the development of annual brand budgets and works with the Market Director to track budgets and P&Ls for relevant segments and markets.
  • Provides quarterly status updates on overall business to the Market Director.
  • Supports sales by contributing to PowerPoint presentations, providing market/competitive information, and sharing market research insights.
  • Serves as the brand ambassador, including training and educating others on the products, as well as coordinating customer service training with SMEs for new products.
  • Attends relevant tradeshows when necessary.
  • Effectively communicates with other departments and works well in a team environment.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to Associate Brand Managers.


· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Previous experience in marketing, sales, or product management.

· Strong organizational, execution, and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

· Experience in retail marketing and brand management is advantageous.
