Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator

• This position requires up to 30% travel within the United States, Mexico, and Canada
• Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and at least one year of experience in mechanical design or project management of capital equipment
• Salary range is up to $100,000 for experienced candidates (up to $70,000 for those with less experience)

This is a full-time opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). The Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator holds a vital and visible role within the company, carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Managing projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborating with customers, other departments, suppliers, and vendors
• Coordinating product shipments for field deployment
• Ensuring smooth installations
• Engaging in hands-on work alongside fellow employees rather than exclusively instructing others
• Handling customer interactions and addressing any related issues
• Traveling approximately 25% to 30% within the United States, Mexico, and Canada

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• At least one year of experience in mechanical design or project management of capital equipment
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the United States, Mexico, and Canada
• A solid work history
• Either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder
• Residence within a 45-minute radius
