Business Growth Manager

Salary: C$90,000 to C$120,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are currently seeking a Business Growth Manager to drive profitable growth in the Southwestern Ontario region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for selling our suite of solutions, managing the existing portfolio, and developing strong relationships with distributors. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new and renewal account opportunities
• Create detailed distributor profiles and business plans
• Assess opportunities for growth and align them with our market strategies
• Build and nurture business relationships with distributors
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business plans
• Monitor and manage distributor performance
• Qualify accounts and negotiate with distributors
• Increase product density at existing accounts
• Facilitate unified communication between our team and the market
• Resolve distributor issues and provide exceptional service
• Manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Travel within Southwestern Ontario for in-person activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Sales or Underwriting
• Leadership experience of multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to execute effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of the Southwestern Ontario insurance industry
• Ability to build critical business relationships
