Business Development Manager – Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Development Manager for vertical construction projects, including hospitality, towers, and multifamily buildings. This position requires someone who takes initiative, enjoys challenges, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. You should be motivated by objectives, eager to expand your knowledge, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads provided
  • Develop relationships with building owners and property managers
  • Generate leads and build a network within the community
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Negotiate and secure contracts from customers for production
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

  • Competitive base salary with commission - potential to earn over $100,000 with the opportunity to make up to $200,000 through hard work and dedication

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with strong motivation
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, but not required
  • Preferred experience in the construction industry
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
