Business Head (Aerospace Services)

Position: Aerospace Services Manager

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Aerospace Services Manager to take charge of our aerospace division. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of our aerospace services.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Expand and maintain a wide network of industry contacts to enhance our strategic positioning and explore new business avenues.
  • Lead the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that consistently surpass revenue targets.
  • Promote collaboration among different teams to ensure outstanding client service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to prepare for changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract new clients.
  • Analyze sales performance data to continually refine strategies and provide the executive team with actionable business insights.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.


  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and expanding business operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry, including competitors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong planning, execution, and goal-oriented abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet business requirements and engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
