Position: Head of Technology Services (IT Solutions / Edison, NJ)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Technology Services to oversee our IT solutions department located in Edison, NJ. This leadership position requires expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning, with a particular focus on providing innovative IT solutions in various sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our IT solutions department in Edison, NJ.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing strong connections with key industry leaders and potential clients.
  • Cultivate a wide network of industry contacts to strengthen our market position and develop new partnerships.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to surpass revenue targets and foster successful collaborations with clients.
  • Promote collaboration among teams to ensure exceptional service and support for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Develop compelling proposals, engaging presentations, and solid contracts to attract and onboard new clients.
  • Analyze performance data to continually refine strategies and provide valuable insights to executive management team.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and forge strong client partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on providing IT solutions for various sectors.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding client networks.
  • Deep understanding of the IT solutions domain, including knowledge of key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and achieve business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs and engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
