Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

 

Must-Haves:

  • Active bar membership and legal eligibility to practice in the U.S.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters (NIV and IV)

  • Deep knowledge of H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, I-140, I-485, EB-1 (EA and OR)

 

Strongly Preferred:

  • Prior experience managing paralegals or legal support staff

  • Familiarity with immigration case management systems and reporting tools

Are you a business immigration attorney passionate about guiding companies and individuals through complex immigration pathways? Our client is seeking a skilled legal professional to join a collaborative and fast-paced team handling high-profile clients across multiple industries.

 

As a Business Immigration Attorney, you’ll play a critical role in managing both case strategy and client relationships. You’ll lead a team of paralegals, draft and review complex filings, and provide thoughtful solutions to today’s dynamic immigration challenges—all while advancing your career with a firm that values both technical excellence and a people-first culture.

 


What You'll Do:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters

  • Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals with varying experience levels

  • Develop case strategies, perform legal analysis, and oversee document preparation

  • Draft responses to RFEs, audits, motions, and appeals to USCIS and DOL

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and foreign nationals

  • Participate in client meetings, webinars, and in-person sessions as needed

  • Utilize case management systems and reporting tools to track status and deadlines

  • Contribute to team development through ongoing training and knowledge sharing
