CORPORATE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - ATLANTA

Location: Atlanta, GA

Our esteemed national law firm is currently seeking a highly qualified and driven Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Corporate Litigation team based in Atlanta.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with an outstanding academic record.
• Must be admitted to the Bar in Georgia.
• Have approximately 2-3 years of substantial experience in the field of corporate litigation.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent presentation abilities, and effective communication capabilities. Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team, particularly on intricate, high-profile trial cases.
• Demonstrate a strong foundation in a law firm environment with exceptional research and writing proficiencies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage intricate corporate litigation cases, which include preparing legal pleadings, motions, and responses to discovery.
• Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys on trial preparation and devise effective case strategies.
• Maintain excellent client relations and deliver a superior level of service.
• Participate in all stages of litigation, ranging from case evaluation to trial or settlement.
