ASSOCIATE – BUSINESS LITIGATION
Location: Seattle, WA

We are currently seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join our Business Litigation practice group. This opportunity is located in the vibrant city of Seattle.

Candidate Profile:

• Must possess a JD from a top-tier law school and have a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Washington is required.
• Must have 3-5 years of substantial litigation experience, with a minimum of two years in a law firm setting.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Effective written and oral advocacy skills are a must, with a proven ability to manage large and intricate litigation matters.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients, both businesses and individuals, in complicated commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues.
• Work collaboratively with experienced attorneys, both locally and nationally, to successfully handle sophisticated litigation cases.
• Provide legal guidance throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range between $260,000 and $365,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience. Successful performance may also result in a discretionary bonus.
