A reputable international law firm, ranked among the top in the nation, is searching for a highly-qualified and driven Associate Attorney to join their prestigious Business Litigation Practice Group in Seattle.
Candidate Profile:

Graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a highly regarded law school and demonstrated exceptional academic performance.

Must be admitted to the Washington State Bar Association.

Possesses 3-5 years of hands-on experience in handling complex business litigation matters.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a litigator in a law firm environment is mandatory.

While a judicial clerkship experience would be an added advantage, it is not mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills, with a track record of managing extensive and intricate litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent businesses and individuals in intricate commercial litigation cases in both federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution settings.

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, both nationally and locally, in handling complex litigation matters.

Offer legal guidance throughout the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial readiness.
