ASSOCIATE – BUSINESS LITIGATION
Location: Seattle, WA

Our esteemed client, a renowned international law firm, is in search of a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their thriving Business Litigation practice group in the vibrant city of Seattle.

Ideal Candidate:

• The candidate must possess a JD degree from a prestigious law school and showcase a remarkable academic background.
• Must be duly admitted to the Washington Bar.
• Should possess 3-5 years of valuable experience in litigation, with a minimum of two years in a reputable law firm setting.
• While not mandatory, it is highly desirable to have previously served as a judicial clerk.
• Demonstrable expertise in written and oral advocacy, along with the ability to handle complex litigation matters proficiently.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Represent both businesses and individuals in intricate commercial litigation cases, spanning federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution avenues.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys to effectively handle sophisticated litigation matters, fostering local and national cooperation.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
  
  

Why Consider This Opportunity?
This role promises an attractive compensation package, with a salary range between $260,000 and $365,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A performance-based discretionary bonus may also be available.
