Candidate Profile:
- Obtained JD from an esteemed law school, demonstrating a distinguished academic performance. Candidates should rank within the upper third quartile of their law school class.
- Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
- 2-4 years of substantial experience in commercial litigation cases.
- Proficient in handling various civil and commercial litigation matters presented in both state and federal courts.
- Familiarity with the litigation landscape within the real estate, construction, technology, and financial services industries.
- Prior experience within an influential law firm in the top 200 is mandatory.
- Possesses strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with proven ability to proficiently draft intricate legal arguments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters spanning across various industries.
- Manage all aspects of litigation including but not limited to pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Perform extensive legal research and proficiently draft memoranda, motions, and briefs.
