Junior Business Litigation Associate

A well-established law firm specializing in business litigation is seeking a driven Junior Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join their thriving practice in Atlanta. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex litigation cases in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor degree from a prestigious law school with excellent academic performance.
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling commercial and business litigation cases.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery disputes, overseeing dispositive motions, handling arbitration proceedings, and participating in trials.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels, across a diverse range of industries such as energy, finance, healthcare, insurance, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, and technology.
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
- Participate in pre-trial and trial preparations, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients during hearings and arbitration proceedings.
- Stay updated on legal developments relevant to commercial litigation.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on various business litigation matters, including disputes related to financial services, trade secrets, and real estate.
