LOCATION: Reston, VA is a vibrant city that offers residents a blend of an urban and suburban atmosphere. Reston is home to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, and it is only 30 minutes away from our Nation's capital. The public schools in Reston have excellent ratings. This hybrid role is open to local candidates or those willing to relocate upon being hired.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Implement industry best practices for Oracle R12 EBS in Financials processes such as OTC & PTP, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, develop solutions, and create detailed functional specifications for projects.
• Lead end-to-end system development stages, ensuring timely delivery and satisfying client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surpass customer expectations and maintain Information Security and SOX compliance.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting, resolve software application issues, and drive automation initiatives to optimize processes.
• Devise comprehensive test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality presentations to address challenges and propose effective solutions.

IDEAL PROFILE

• You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.x), web applications, services, and interfaces in the financial functional area. This experience should include a combination of modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), iExpense, and iProcurement. Implementation experience is desired.
• Prior experience in techno-functional work in Oracle EBS is advantageous.
• Proficiency in capturing requirements and generating detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans is required.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• You should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Reston, VA (up to 60 miles) or be willing to relocate to the area upon being hired (assistance provided from within the USA).
• Preference will be given to US Citizens or Green Card holders.
