Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac IR Technologist for our Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

As the Cardiac IR Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment to obtain images of the cardiovascular, peripheral, endovascular, and neurological systems. Under the supervision of various healthcare professionals, including the Cath Lab Manager, Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist, Vascular surgeon, and Radiologist, you will perform all phases of cardiac, peripheral, vascular, and neuro-interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technologist training program
• Completion of RCIS training program; or equivalent on-the-job training in Cath Lab
• California Radiologic Technologist certification
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography certification within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography certification within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography certification within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification within 1 year of hire
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cath Lab/IR

Preferred qualifications:

• Fluoroscopy License, Certified by the State of California
