We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to perform cardiac procedures at a primary care facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. Join our progressive practice as we expand our diagnostic services to include cardiovascular imaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess flexibility, and excel in communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Work Monday through Friday during day shifts

No night or weekend coverage and no on-call responsibilities

Perform cardiac ultrasound procedures in a primary care setting; this is not a mobile position

Key Responsibilities:
-
Independently perform noninvasive cardiac ultrasound procedures with remote support

Prepare preliminary reports for review by interpreting physicians

Assist patients from check-in to exam completion, offering compassionate and personalized care

Develop strong relationships with patients, office staff, and medical providers as the Imagen liaison for the practice
Qualifications:
-
Hold a certification in ultrasound from either the ARDMS – RDCS or CCI – ACS or RCS registries

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

Be physically capable of lifting equipment and assisting patients onto the exam table as needed

Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to receive the vaccination and booster (religious/medical exceptions permitted)
Required Certifications:
Echocardiography: ARDMS – RDCS or CCI – ACS or RCS
