Position Summary:

We are currently hiring for an Anesthesia Specialist position based in Tampa, FL. This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Whether you choose to work part-time (2 to 3 days per week) or full-time (4 to 5 days per week), you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic cosmetic & plastic surgery healthcare team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering anesthesia and closely monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures.
• Completing pre-anesthetic assessments and creating personalized anesthetic care plans.
• Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining continuous monitoring of patient vitals and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed for patient stability.
• Keeping thorough and accurate records of anesthesia care in patient files.
• Participating in post-operative care and assisting patients in transitioning from anesthesia to recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Anesthesia Specialist (CRNA).
• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
