NIGHT SUPERVISOR RN - MISSION VIEJO, CA
Salary: $160,000 - $225,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation

Shift: 12-hour Nights
Job Description:
RN Night Supervisor position available at Mission Viejo, CA. The supervisor will oversee and direct clinic activities and personnel during the assigned night shift to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include determining work priorities, providing assessments, planning and coordinating patient care, and regularly performing duties of a Registered Nurse. The supervisor will also assist in marketing information, community involvement, and clinic leadership activities. Additionally, they will serve as a resource person for program personnel in resolving operational and patient care issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- 3 years of RN clinical experience in an acute care setting
- 6 months of recent clinical experience with mental health and wellness patients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Coursework/Training in LPS
- 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a behavioral health setting
