Hours and Compensation Potential:

• Full-time day shift position with occasional evening group coverage.
• Potential compensation ranging from $46K to $63K depending on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package offered.

What We're Looking For:

• Must possess Chemical Dependency Professionals Board license.
• LSW or LPC certification is required.
• Current licensure by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a LCDC II, III, or LICDC. Higher than CDCA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic counseling to individuals struggling with chemical dependency using a comprehensive bio-psychosocial approach.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process of chemical dependency.
• Lead group discussions, provide one-on-one support to patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate group therapy sessions.
• Complete daily billing charges/sheets accurately.
• Utilize historical and current data to assess patient needs and provide effective counseling.
• Offer individual and group crisis intervention, as well as family clinical interventions.
• Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
