Hours and Compensation:
-This is a full-time day shift role with occasional coverage for evening group sessions. The working hours can be either 32 hours or 40 hours per week.
-Compensation ranges from $22.13 per hour to $30.46 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
-Must possess a valid license from the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
-A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) qualification is required.
-Current licensure from the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a LCDC II, III, or LICDC is preferred. Higher than CDCA.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver therapeutic counseling to individuals struggling with chemical dependency using a bio-psychosocial approach.
-Educate patients and their families about the disease process of chemical dependency.
-Lead group discussions, conduct individual sessions with patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
-Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate group therapy sessions.
-Complete daily billing charges/sheets.
-Utilize both historical and current data to assess patient needs and provide effective counseling.
-Offer crisis intervention services to individuals and families, as well as perform family clinical interventions.
-Serve as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
