Hours and Compensation Potential:
-This role is for full-time day shifts with occasional evening group coverage.
-Compensation ranging from $46K to $63K, based on experience.
-Comprehensive benefits package provided.
What We're Seeking:
-Licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board is a prerequisite.
-LSW or LPC qualification is compulsory.
-Current licensure by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a CDCA, LCDC II, III, or LICDC. Preference for higher than CDCA.
-Utilize a bio-psychosocial methodology to offer therapeutic counseling to individuals facing chemical dependency challenges.
-Educate patients and their families on the intricacies of the chemical dependency disease process.
-Initiate and facilitate group discussions, engage in one-on-one sessions with patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
-Conduct assessments of patient requirements and recommend suitable group sessions.
-Accurately complete daily billing charges/sheets.
-Leverage historical and present data to evaluate patient needs and deliver effective counseling.
-Provide crisis intervention on an individual and group basis, as well as family clinical interventions.
-Advocate for clients, mediate conflicts, and facilitate resolutions.
