Overview

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be accountable for leading the Human Resources function within our family of Financial Institution companies. You will develop and execute HR strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the organization, while fostering a culture built on excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

· You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

· A minimum of 15 years of experience in senior human resources leadership roles within Public Accounting, Law Firms, or Wealth Offices, with at least 5 of those years in executive positions.

· Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills, with a proven track record of leading successful HR teams.

· Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.

· Demonstrated experience in creating and executing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

· Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

· Proficiency in analyzing and managing HR budgets, with strong financial acumen.

· Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and drive workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

· Previous experience in overseeing HR technology implementations and data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute an effective HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision and mission.

· Lead the HR team in implementing best practices, policies, and procedures to optimize talent management, employee relations, and other HR functions.

· Design and execute a comprehensive employee engagement program, including initiatives for recognition, rewards, and development.

· Implement programs and initiatives to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

· Drive the development of performance management systems that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth.

· Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations pertinent to HR and employee relations.

· Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasting, and reporting to effectively utilize resources.

· Collaborate with senior leaders to formulate and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

· Ensure effective management of HR systems, technology, and data analytics to support the organization's business needs.
