We’re seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead clinical operations at a cutting-edge, Joint Commission-accredited surgical hospital in Fresno, CA. With 5 advanced ORs focused on Spine and Joint Replacement procedures, this is a pivotal role for a strategic nursing leader ready to drive clinical excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Own:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute plans for patient care services that align with hospital goals and evolving patient needs.

• Staffing & Operations: Oversee nursing schedules, assignments, and staffing models across all units; lead resource planning and care delivery systems.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure nursing practices meet Joint Commission, Medicare, Medicaid, and professional standards; lead quality initiatives and clinical performance improvement.

• Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between nursing, executive leadership, the medical staff, and governing bodies to align strategy and execution.

• Budget Oversight: Lead the nursing services’ budgeting process with a focus on operational efficiency and patient-centered outcomes.

• Talent Development: Mentor nurse leaders and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
