Civil 3D CAD Drafter and IT Troubleshooter (Civil Engineering)

1. Civil 3D CAD Drafter

About the Role:
As a Civil 3D CAD Drafter, you’ll be an integral part of our engineering design team. You’ll create detailed plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D for a range of projects including site development, grading, drainage, and utilities. You'll work closely with our engineers and designers to produce high-quality construction documents that meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Ability to draft detailed site, grading, drainage, and utility plans.

• Experience maintaining Civil 3D templates and managing dialog settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and related software.

• Familiarity with the 2016 Green Book Erosion Control guidelines and NPDES checklist.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate’s degree preferred.

• At least 5 years of CAD drafting experience on civil engineering projects.

2. IT Troubleshooter

About the Role:
As our in-house IT Troubleshooter, you'll be the first line of defense for technical issues across the office. You’ll manage day-to-day tech support, resolve break-fix problems, maintain systems, and support our team with software and hardware troubleshooting.

• Proven experience in IT support, including break-fix and call center issues.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an independent work style.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• A customer-service mindset and ability to explain tech solutions clearly.
