Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Our client is a key player in global supply chains, revolutionizing and delivering essential products across a wide range of industries such as construction, fertilizers, plastics, packaging, paints, adhesives, and electronics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with designers and CAD operators in performing detailed Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) engineering tasks
• Lead and oversee the civil, structural, and architectural discipline team in providing support for capital projects
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project objectives and milestones
• Develop, review, and approve engineering deliverables including specifications, reports, and drawings
• Participate in interdisciplinary project reviews with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams
• Ensure that engineering, design, and installation work meet quality assurance and control standards
• Conduct rapid problem-solving and provide recommendations on CSA issues
• Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%)

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Possess a valid P.E. license (with the ability to obtain licenses in PA and VA)
• Have 5-10 years of experience in CSA design for chemical or industrial manufacturing facilities
• Demonstrate leadership experience in managing engineering teams
• Proficient in AutoCAD, including 2D, 3D, and CADWorx (3D Plant design software)
