Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our client's team, bringing at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation capabilities, handling cases independently while collaborating with fellow attorneys.

• Effectively manage civil litigation cases from start to finish, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft precise and clear pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and offer strategic advice on case strategy.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Engage directly with clients, ensuring their involvement and informed decision-making throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of civil litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Proven experience in handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio with a good standing.
• Ability to handle multiple cases while maintaining strict attention to detail.
