Civil / Structural Forensic Engineer
We are actively seeking a talented Forensic Civil Engineer to join our client's team in Columbia, SC.
This position offers the flexibility of working both in our office and from home.

Role Overview
As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing investigations related to buildings, structures, and structural components. This will include performing structural analysis, assessing damages, ensuring compliance with building codes, conducting lab and field tests on construction materials, and reviewing structural designs. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and other consultants, manage various unique projects, and prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing your findings.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Advanced degrees in Technical Education (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in forensic engineering
- Litigation experience (highly beneficial)
- Proficiency in computer software tools such as MathCAD, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction/design fields (a plus!)
