Civil / Structural Forensic Engineer – Orlando
Our client is seeking a talented Structural Forensic Engineer to join their team in sunny Orlando, FL. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Position Summary
As a Structural Forensic Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and managing projects related to buildings and structural components. This includes analyzing structures, assessing damages, ensuring compliance with building codes, and conducting lab and field tests on construction materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and other experts, juggle multiple projects, and produce comprehensive written reports summarizing your findings.
Technical Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Advanced degrees in Technical Education are a plus
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Forensic Investigation and Forensics
- Proficient in software such as MathCAD, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Possess experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, or Design fields
