We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Care Manager to join our healthcare team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health setting.
  • Possess a current nursing license (if applicable) or relevant certification in healthcare coordination.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in care coordination or management.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse patient population.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Have proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities.
