We are in search of 2 experienced Clinical Nurse Experts (CNE). One will be assigned to Long-Term Care (LTC) and the other will be assigned to Critical Care.

Job Summary:

As a Clinical Expert (CNE), you will work under limited supervision and apply your influence across three spheres: patient and family, staff, and systems. Your role will involve transforming healthcare delivery by maintaining up-to-date and evidence-based knowledge in your area of expertise. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary/interprofessional healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless and quality care across the continuum. As an exemplar of the Professional Practice Model, your ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization, across the system, and with community partners will be a key success factor. You will work under the direct supervision and direction of the assigned Director.

Education Discipline:

• MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the specialty, along with at least five years of RN experience in an inpatient setting, is preferred.
