We are seeking 2 Nurse Specialists (NS) to join our team. One will be assigned to LTC, while the other will be assigned to Critical Care.

Job Summary

Our Nurse Specialist (NS) role requires someone who can bring expertise and experience to our healthcare delivery. The NS will update and maintain their knowledge based on evidence and current practices. They will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary/interprofessional healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless and high-quality care across all stages of treatment. The NS will exemplify our Professional Practice Model and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of our organization, system, and community partners is crucial. The NS will report directly to the assigned Director.

Education Discipline:

• MSN degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Minimum of three years of specialty experience, along with a preferred minimum of five years of RN experience in an inpatient setting.
