Hours and Compensation Potential:
This is a full-time position with a combination of day and evening shifts.
Shifts are rotated and span 8 hours, with start times at 5am, 7:30am, 12:30pm, and 1:30pm.
Approximately 80% of shifts occur during the day and 20% in the evenings. Weekends are rotated, typically every fourth weekend.
The compensation range is $54/hr-$75/hr, depending on level of experience.
An additional $2.75/hr shift differential is provided for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

What We're Seeking:
A PharmD degree is required, along with a Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio.
Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred. However, individuals with a background in retail pharmacy will also be considered.
Prepare and dispense medications to patients, and deliver drug-related information and education to all customers to optimize the quality of care.
Accurately enter medication orders into the computer system, ensuring the completeness of the patient's medication profile.
Provide customers with timely and accurate drug and toxicological information to enhance their knowledge and minimize risks or adverse events.
Precisely calculate caloric and/or electrolyte ingredients for TPN to ensure proper administration of patients' nutritional therapy.
Monitor patients' drug therapy by screening for potential medication problems, such as drug interactions, incompatibilities, and potential allergies, without causing harm to the patient.
Customize drug dosing for individual patients using principles of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
Additional Information:
This position reports to a newly appointed Director, following the retirement of the previous director.
