The Clinical Manager (CM) position in Santa Monica, CA offers a competitive salary range of 110-175K, along with a bonus. This is a full-time position with day shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage as required. The hourly pay rate is $57.88.
In this role, the CM assists the Nurse Manager or Director in overseeing and evaluating the services provided by the nursing unit. The CM is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the unit, as well as supervising and coordinating the caregivers' activities. They are expected to interpret policies, protocols, and regulations while maintaining clinical competence and certifications.
The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Valid California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- ANCC recognized specialty certification (or within 1 year of hire)
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in a specialty area
- 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse
