CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer & Operator (OEM machining)

Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin Area
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent W-2 Employee | On-Site Only
Compensation: Up to $26 per hour
Shifts Available:

• First Shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

• Second Shift: 10 hours/day, 4 days/week
  Benefits: Full benefits package included (no relocation assistance)

Internal promotion is a priority, and most of the CNC Swiss machines in use are less than ten years old.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer & Operator (1st/2nd Shift) to join a high-performing, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Swiss lathes, ensuring quality and precision in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Swiss lathes

• Work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished components for accuracy and quality

• Maintain machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience programming Swiss CNC machines

• Solid and stable work history

• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the facility

• Ability to work assigned shift (either first or second) reliably and consistently
