Role of Coffee Bar Supervisor

As the Coffee Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee and juice bar. This entails maintaining inventory, preparing beverages, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards, and overseeing a team of staff members. Additionally, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Exhibit strong leadership skills, setting high service standards and motivating the coffee/juice operations team.
• Maintain strict quality control to guarantee consistently exceptional coffee and juice offerings.
• Implement and enforce food safety protocols to prioritize customer and staff well-being.
• Provide ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
• Ensure the coffee/juice bar is consistently clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Optimize visual appeal and customer engagement through effective product display and presentation.
• Drive sales through accurate pricing and strategic promotional initiatives.
• Monitor costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality.

Background Profile of Coffee Bar Supervisor

• Minimum of 5 years working experience with coffee, including expertise in brewing, espresso preparation, and latte art.
• At least 3 years of experience in food management, including knowledge of food safety protocols and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage coffee/juice bar operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to travel between multiple store locations.
