Minimum of five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction projects is a mandatory requirement for consideration
- At least three years of experience in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning is also required
- Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 with commission potential exceeding $100,000
- Applicants must be either US citizens or Green Card holders
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites across Wisconsin
- Full-time position with permanent W-2 employment

- Organizing and planning the workday to maximize productivity
- Generating business by making outbound phone calls
- Traveling to client sites within Wisconsin (typically no overnight stays required)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings
- Preparing competitive bids and estimates for various contracts
- Collaborating with both the construction and service divisions of the company
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in estimating and sales for commercial construction projects
- Three years of experience in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning
- Ability to travel to client sites within Wisconsin (typically no overnight stays required)
- Stable work history and proven track record of success
- Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute of the company location
