This exceptional role allows you to collaborate with top-notch attorneys and represent renowned financial institutions in complex financing transactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Holds a JD from a top-tier law school with an exceptional academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia (or willingness to obtain admission).
• Has more than 2 years of substantial commercial finance and real estate finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience representing both traditional and non-traditional lenders and/or borrowers in a variety of financing transactions.
• Background in structuring, negotiating, and documenting acquisition financing, working capital facilities, and letter of credit transactions.
• Possesses exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Thrives in both team and individual settings, highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as legal counsel to renowned financial institutions in the realm of real estate finance transactions.
• Represent lenders and borrowers in a wide array of commercial finance transactions, encompassing secured and unsecured lending, acquisition financing, and asset-based lending.
• Create and negotiate loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other financing documents.
• Provide guidance to financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters related to commercial lending.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to devise and execute financing strategies.
• Oversee deal flow and manage transactional due diligence.
