CORPORATE FINANCE ATTORNEY/ASSOCIATE

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join our prestigious law firm’s Commercial Finance Group in Boston.

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Massachusetts is required, or willingness to become admitted.
• Should have at least 1 year of meaningful experience in the field of commercial finance. Experience in representing both bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers in various financing transactions such as acquisition financing, working capital facilities, asset-based lending, and other types of financing.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complex commercial finance transactions, including but not limited to acquisition financing and asset-based lending.
• Collaborate closely with a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Create and implement effective strategies for legal representation in finance matters.
