Profile of an Ideal Candidate:

  • Obtained a JD degree from a reputable law school, demonstrating a stellar academic background.

  • Hold an active Bar Admission in Illinois.

  • Have at least 2 years of substantial experience in civil litigation, encompassing commercial, professional liability, products liability, construction defect, insurance defense, workers compensation, class actions, torts, breach of contract/warranty, and/or personal injury cases.

  • Possessing knowledge and experience in Labor & employment law will be advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.

  • Desire to be a part of a national practice with a bustling environment, showcasing initiative and the ability to take charge of assigned matters.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tackle complex commercial litigation cases across diverse practice areas.

  • Handle cases from the beginning to the end, comprising the drafting of pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients concerning risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to devise innovative legal strategies and solutions.

  • Work together with a team of seasoned attorneys to provide top-notch legal services.
