This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, delving into cutting-edge legal issues for fascinating clients across multiple industries.

What We are Looking For:

• Holding a JD from a top-tier law school with an exceptional academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in both Michigan and Illinois.

• Having substantive experience of 2+ years in commercial/civil litigation.

• Possessing strong litigation and case management skills, with the capability to handle complex legal matters autonomously.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

• Showing enthusiasm to become a part of a busy national practice, displaying initiative and the willingness to take responsibility for legal matters.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in challenging civil litigation cases.

• Take charge of cases right from the start till resolution, including composing pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

• Work in tandem with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver top-notch legal services.
