COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 4+ years of substantive experience in business-related litigation.
• Proficient in Spanish, both native and fluent bilingual proficiency.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and excellence in client service.
• Experience in preparing motions and/or conducting motions for discovery, disposition, and/or expert testimony.
• Highly skilled in conducting and defending depositions.
• Advantageous if experienced in FINRA cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of commercial litigation, from pre-trial strategy to resolution, in state and federal courts.
• Conduct depositions of both fact and expert witnesses and skillfully present arguments and analysis.
• Prepare and present dispositive motions, expert motions, and complex motions for discovery.
• Represent clients in business disputes, contract litigation, financial services litigation, and other complex matters.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop winning litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to provide strategic advice and effective representation.
• Organize and manage document review, e-discovery, and case filings effectively.
• Work on FINRA-related cases, including securities arbitration and regulatory proceedings, if applicable.
• Utilize fluency in Spanish to communicate with international clients in the Caribbean and Latin America.
