OPEN POSITION - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Associate to join our prestigious law firm as part of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in either Salt Lake City or Park City.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with an outstanding academic background.
• Successful completion of the Utah Bar Admission is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of experience handling complex litigation cases within a legal firm environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing case preparation and trial procedures, which includes drafting and reviewing legal documents and motions, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and a team player with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our national practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with litigation cases at various stages, ranging from preparation to trial.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Directly engage with clients and actively contribute to case strategy and implementation.
