Desired Profile:

• Holder of JD from a prestigious law school with outstanding academic achievements.

• Active Bar Admission in South Carolina, or willingness to pursue admission.

• More than 1 year of substantial experience in commercial litigation within a medium to large law firm setting.

• Highly skilled in drafting discovery motions and conducting and defending depositions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in case management, ready to assume a leadership role.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional client service.

• Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, from pre-trial strategy to resolution, in both state and federal courts.

• Conduct and defend depositions, showcasing strong advocacy and analytical skills.

• Draft and present complex discovery motions.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis to develop winning litigation strategies.

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to provide strategic advice and effective representation.

• Efficiently manage document review, e-discovery, and case filings.
