This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level attorney looking to be part of a growing team, where they can work on challenging and intricate commercial litigation cases in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Holds a JD degree from a prestigious law school with a distinguished academic record.
• Admitted and in good standing with the Texas Bar Association.
• Brings 3 to 7 years of substantial experience in commercial litigation gained from working at a mid to large-sized law firm, or equivalent trial experience.
• Adept at drafting and presenting intricate motions, handling discovery processes, and conducting depositions.
• Exposure to both jury and bench trials.
• Demonstrates a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to lead case management efforts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, displaying strong attention to detail and legal analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of litigation, from pre-trial motions to discovery and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in intricate commercial litigation cases, encompassing areas such as product liability, financial services, and business disputes.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, and effectively advocate in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop tailored litigation strategies and efficient case management plans.
• Work alongside a diverse team serving a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to emerging businesses.
