COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY POSITION

Our esteemed client, a well-respected law firm recently acknowledged in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is in search of a highly-driven Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their distinguished team based in Richmond. This exciting role presents an opportunity to handle an array of complex civil litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for compelling clients across multiple industries.
Required Qualifications:

Holds a JD degree from a top-tier law school and boasts an outstanding academic record.

Holds an active Virginia Bar Admission.

Possesses 5–9 years of substantive experience in the realm of litigation, encompassing areas like professional liability, employment defense, product liability, accounting, legal malpractice, financial services litigation, architects & engineers, and/or general construction litigation.

Exhibits strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.

Shows a desire to be a part of a fast-paced national practice, taking the initiative and being accountable for various matters.

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and is capable of working effectively as a member of a large, collaborative team.
Main Responsibilities:

Handle intricate commercial litigation matters within diverse practice areas.

Oversee cases from commencement to resolution, including drafting legal pleadings, conducting exploratory proceedings, and preparing for trial.

Offer strategic advice to clients regarding risk management and dispute resolution.

Collaborate closely with clients to devise innovative legal strategies and solutions.

Work alongside a team of experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services.
