JUNIOR-LEVEL COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Our client, a well-known AmLaw 100 national law firm, is in search of a highly skilled and motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join their renowned Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Philadelphia.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have earned a JD from a top-tier law school with an impressive academic record.
- Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven ability to handle all aspects of case development and trial preparation, including drafting, examining discovery, motions, conducting depositions, participating in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in court.
- Prior experience in a law firm or as a law clerk is a prerequisite.
- Outstanding writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Driven, team-oriented, and determined to contribute to the growth and success of the firm's national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases, including devising case strategies, conducting research, and preparing for trial.
- Compose and review discovery materials, motions, and pleadings with careful attention to detail and strategic insight.
- Participate in depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys to provide exceptional results for clients in a dynamic and challenging environment.
